Job Description

The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing a team of autonomous vehicle service technicians and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires leadership and team-building skills, as well as the ability to handle HR responsibilities associated with team management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles, and a proven ability to build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative management style, and a customer-focused mindset. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for safety and compliance, team management and HR responsibilities, technician development, workload management, problem-solving and issue resolution, process and inventory management, billability and P&L responsibility, repair order management, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to empower team members and guide them toward positive business outcomes. They will also be able to interpret data, drive KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
