EV Safety Operator- Direct Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated candidates to join an exciting company working with cutting-edge technology. No prior experience is required; however, candidates must have a safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Pay & Benefits

• $22.73 per hour
• +10% shift differential for Swing & Graveyard shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety-focused mindset at all times
• Demonstrate a professional and respectful demeanor
• Pay close attention to detail
• Complete short daily reports accurately

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Active auto insurance under your name
• Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations)
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Comfortable interacting with people
