What you’ll be doing
You will be part of the Technical & NOC Team who are responsible for managing the installed base of our chargers. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the UK network and supporting the customer service team to create a truly reliable infrastructure for EV drivers. You will also be responsible for ensuring our reactive and proactive maintenance is executed and to act as a first point of contact for our Field Service Partners (FSPs).
This is a role for someone who wants to work in a fast paced environment, and who can blend agile thinking to deliver first-of-a-kind projects, with the implementation of robust processes to automate and continuously innovate. You are the kind of person who enjoys working at pace and taking responsibility for getting things done.
What you'll need to bring
- Educated to GCSE standard or Electrical based City & Guild Qualification.
- Must have 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Mechanical & Electrical or EV Industry.
- An understanding of Electrical components used on EV installations.
- Customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal as you will support key client customer meetings and liaise with external contractors.
- Asset management experience and expertise to monitor and improve network performance, using data and dashboards to drive performance improvement and cost reduction.
- Analytical and reporting skills to monitor and improve network performance
- Process optimization skills.
