Car Charging Pros is hiring an experienced residential electrician (journeyman-level) for part-time EV charger installation work in the Miami area. This is supplemental / side work, ideal for someone who can work independently and wants flexible, straightforward residential installs.

The Work

• Residential Level 2 EV charger installs
• Occasional panel upgrades
• Average 1–2 jobs per week
• Flexible scheduling — we’ll work with your availability, and weekend installs are often available when no power shutoff is required

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• EV charger installs a plus
• Able to work independently start to finish
• Reliable vehicle and standard electrician tools
• Familiar with Miami / Miami-Dade permitting and inspections (preferred)
• Professional, customer-friendly communication
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screen

Pay

• Piece-rate / percentage per completed job
• Paid per install (not hourly)
• Details shared during conversation and examples of potential earnings from other installers
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is per completed job (piece-rate), not hourly, and monthly earnings vary based on job volume.
