Job Description Job Description Account Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering a high volume of calls from a multi-line system. Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department. Create and respond to email correspondence. Take inbound calls from Dealers and Customers with questions and problems Take all orders for parts and units Initiate outbound calls to keep open communication with all customers Check voicemails, return calls, and follow up with clients Collect and process payments for orders from Dealers and end user customers while keeping payment information protected. Keep Dealer and customer data entry systems up to date and accurate Communicate effectively and politely with all customers, colleagues, and managers. Use the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks. Keep all paperwork filed and organized.
