Assistant After Sales Manager (EV Car Business)

Job Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks, plan repair work, supervise, and control subordinates to efficiently achieve specified goals.
• Coordinate between internal and external units to support troubleshooting of electric vehicles' issues in the market.
• Develop training documents and serve as a trainer to impart knowledge on technical skills and electric vehicle operation to subordinates, service centers, dealers, and customers.
• Record data of various vehicle models, customer information for verification and claims processing in the system, as well as for use as a database in visiting key customers.
• Assist department managers in various assigned tasks as delegated by the department manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Management, or related fields
• At least 2 year of experience in the automotive industry
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Good and experience in using computer, computer applications, MS-office is necessary.
• Good command in English.( If able to communicate in Chinese, will be considered as a special advantage.)
