EV Sales Executive

We’re seeking three high-energy, motivated EV Sales Representatives to help expand our reach in the fast-growing EV market. In this role, you’ll connect with residential customers, businesses, generate leads, and offer personalized solutions for EV charging needs. You’ll also support broader sales initiatives and help drive brand awareness in your territory.
As part of a high-performing team, you’ll also have opportunities to grow into leadership, help shape the customer experience, and contribute to the long-term success of Ensol EV Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels (online, field, referrals, events)
- Educate customers on EV charging options and installation processes
- Provide quotes, answer questions, and close deals with professionalism and confidence
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and represent the brand with integrity
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow reps to continuously improve sales processes
- Support recruiting and onboarding of future Sales Executives as the team grows
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience (residential, home services, solar, hospitality, automobile sales, or EV is a plus)
- Goal-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to customers
- Passion for clean energy, tech, or sustainable mobility
