China Auto Export Supervisor – One EV

I am importing one new BYD Seagull electric vehicle from China to a country in LATAM.

I am not looking for a seller or broker.

I need an independent supervisor/advisor to help me reduce risk and verify everything.

Scope of work

Vet 1–3 Chinese exporters (business license, export capability)

Confirm vehicle details (VIN, production date, steering LHD)

Attend or coordinate live video of the car (VIN, mileage, condition)

Review documents (invoice, export docs, B/L draft or shipping proof)

Advise clearly when it is safe to release payment

Flag any risks or red flags

This is supervision and verification only

Ideal background

China-based or China-experienced

Experience with vehicle export, machinery export, or international logistics

Able to read Chinese documents

Clear, direct communication

Engagement

Short-term (1 car only)

Hourly or fixed price is fine

Please describe relevant experience, not generic sourcing

If you've supervised vehicle or equipment exports from China before, please say so.

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
