Job Description
This Administrator, EV Operations will be responsible for operations related to the new Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), Mobis EV, EV business and East Shipments. This position will make sure to support and develop new EV business models and routes and deliver all shipments to customers on time.
The Administrator will coordinate operations of EV shipment (HMGMA, MOBIS EV, etc.) and East shipments. They must ensure that all trucks and shipments are delivered to customers on time. To maintain customer satisfaction, they will provide problem-solving resources and solve any operational issues. They will supervise and assist team members and interface with other departments to bring about the best synergy for customer satisfaction.
The Administrator will plan, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day activities to improve effectiveness, productivity, and performance. They will provide customer service and manage clients to increase service satisfaction levels. They will set up, develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. They will also establish working relationships and negotiate with transportation and service providers. Additionally, they will analyze data to assess performance and implement identified process improvements.
Key responsibilities include managing all related operations in a cost-effective manner, tracking cost and expenses, logistics service level, KPI, contract, and agreement, as well as cost saving and overall improvement. The Administrator will resolve complicated accounting issues and assist team members. They will maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions, backup and support Logistics Analyst and Team members' responsibilities, and make recommendations to improve team members' operation activities.
