Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Electric Vehicle (EV) truck fleet operations, EV charging infrastructure, and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Daughter Station operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sustainable vehicle technologies, infrastructure management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance to ensure the efficient and safe operation of both EV and CNG ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

EV Trucks & Charging Infrastructure

• Oversee daily operations of EV truck fleets, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of EV charging stations.
• Monitor vehicle and charger diagnostics, battery health, and charging patterns.
• Work with telematics and fleet management platforms to optimize routing and energy usage.
• Implement safety protocols, preventive maintenance schedules, and training for drivers and technicians.
• Liaise with OEMs, service providers, and charging infrastructure partners.

CNG and Daughter Station Operations

• Manage operations of CNG refueling stations including mother/daughter stations.
• Supervise gas compression, storage, distribution, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental laws.
• Oversee vehicle refueling operations and maintain high availability of CNG supply.
• Coordinate maintenance of compressors, dispensers, storage systems, and pipelines.

General Management & Compliance

• Lead and develop technical and operational teams, including technicians and drivers.
• Ensure all assets are operated in accordance with HSE and regulatory compliance standards.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and manage budgets and performance targets.
• Support the expansion of EV and CNG infrastructure as part of fleet sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Energy Management, or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing fleet operations or fuel/energy infrastructure (EV or CNG).
• Knowledge of EV technologies, CNG station design and operations, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of fleet telematics, energy management systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 8/10/14 depending on fleet).
• Technical aptitude with hands-on experience in EV or CNG system maintenance (advantageous).
