Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Casa Grande. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support decision-making across various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and product development. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring data professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment, contributing directly to the success of our electric vehicle production.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Perform initial exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
Support senior analysts and stakeholders with data extraction and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Assist in the interpretation of data results and the creation of presentations for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements.

Required Skills

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions).
Experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Solid understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
Experience working with large datasets in a manufacturing or automotive context.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Previous internship or project experience in data analysis.
