Compensation

• Temporary Period: ~ $40-45/hour
• Upon Conversion to Full-Time: $80000~105,000/year (based on performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically capable Customer Service Specialist to join our CS1 team on a 3-month Temp-to-Hire basis. You will support customers with inquiries related to the operation, installation, and connectivity of EV chargers. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service within a technical or industrial field and is eager to contribute to a growing team in the EV industry.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of customer service experience (preferably in a technical or industrial environment)
• Super plus of major in Engineering or relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM, CMMS, Microsoft Office, and helpdesk/ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EV charging or automotive technology.
• Understanding of OCPP, EVSE troubleshooting, or electrical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems or network equipment.
• Willingness to learn and work with electrical/technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding EV charger operation, installation, and connectivity.
• Perform initial troubleshooting steps; escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Manage and track customer support cases using a ticketing system; ensure resolution within SLA.
• Collaborate with technical teams (including HQ in Korea) to coordinate part replacements, field service, and technical resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvement reports.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
