Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, service, and repairs on electric vehicles
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used in accordance with OEM standards
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and customers
• Work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work
• Support outstanding customer satisfaction through quality workmanship

Qualifications/Requirements

• Automotive Electric/Hybrid training qualified
• 3+ years experience in an OEM dealer environment required
• ASE A6 or OEM Electrical Certification preferred
• Must be proficient and comfortable with the use of a laptop for diagnostics
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License with less than 2 points on driving record
• The ability to work without supervision
