The company seeks an Aftersales Technical Support Specialist based in Miami. This role provides technical support for over 44,000 vehicles across the PLA region.

• Provide technical assistance via phone and email to customers and dealerships.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and vehicle technology.

Requirements

• Automotive technical degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support for premium automotive brands.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
