Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This is a crucial role that supports the continuous flow of our production lines, ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and components onto production lines as instructed.
- Monitor inventory levels on the line and replenish materials proactively to prevent stoppages.
- Inspect materials for quality and defects, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right stations at the right time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with basic safety procedures in an industrial setting.
