Key Responsibilities

Load and unload materials and components onto production lines as instructed.
Monitor inventory levels on the line and replenish materials proactively to prevent stoppages.
Inspect materials for quality and defects, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right stations at the right time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not required, but a plus).
