Consultant Needed for EV Charger Placement at Highway Gas Stations (KS/MO)

We operate multiple highway-based fuel / convenience locations in Kansas and Missouri and are planning to add EV charging stations.

We’re looking for a consultant who can advise on

• Optimal site layout and placement of Level 2 / DC fast chargers at travel-plaza / gas-station sites
• Traffic flow, safety, and ADA considerations
• Basic utility and electrical requirements (load, transformer, conduit routing)
• Any state/local permitting or code considerations in Kansas and Missouri
• High-level input on vendor options and typical commercial terms (no detailed RFP needed yet)

Prefer someone with

• Prior experience designing or consulting on EV charging at retail fuel / highway sites
• Familiarity with Midwest / KS–MO codes and typical utility processes
