Research & Outreach Specialist – Find and Contact EV Car Dealers in Latvia

We are looking for a proactive and reliable research and outreach specialist to help us identify and directly contact serious car dealerships in Latvia that may be interested in purchasing used electric vehicles (EVs) from Norway.

You will handle both research and initial outreach. We will not be contacting the dealers ourselves — this is part of your responsibility.

Scope of Work

Your responsibilities include

1. Research

Identify legitimate, reputable EV car dealers in Latvia.

Verify that they operate in the used EV market and may be open to international purchases.

2. Outreach

Contact each dealer on our behalf via email or phone.

Introduce our company and present the opportunity to purchase used EVs from Norway.

Record responses and assess their level of interest.

3. Information to Collect

For each dealer, provide

Company name

Website

Contact person (if available)

Email and phone number

Proof of contact (email sent, call notes, etc.)

Dealer’s response (interested / not interested / follow-up suggested)

Short credibility assessment (reviews, online presence, company info)

4. Deliverables

A list of at least 10–15 contacted dealers

Summary of responses and interest level

Organized data in Google Sheets or Excel

Qualifications

Experience with business research and outreach

Strong communication skills

Ability to independently contact companies in Latvia

Latvian language skills are a strong advantage, but not required

Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable
