Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Writer to join our team, working closely with design and engineering teams to create and document manufacturing processes for our innovative EV products. As a Technical Writer, you'll play a critical role in developing clear and concise documentation that ensures the smooth production of our vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to document manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including Assembly Instructions (MIs), visual guides, production schedules, and maintenance guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process descriptions, diagrams, and photographs.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance documentation quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve documentation-related issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proven experience in creating process documentation, including Assembly Instructions (MIs), visual guides, and production schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze complex technical information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with technical documentation tools, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
