[Remote] Field Service Engineers & Field Service Technicians (mid to sr levels) - EV Charging Station Infrastructure (Full Benefits Package)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking qualified High Voltage Field Service Engineers and Technicians for full-time, remote roles focused on servicing EV Charging Station infrastructure across major North American cities. The role involves leading service and maintenance activities, planning repairs, and conducting electrical forensics within the charging station infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the service and maintenance activities of DC Fast Charging station sites for risk mitigation, testing, data collection, corrections, and repair management.
• Plan and coordinate major site repairs and improvements.
• Audit field maintenance methods and feedback to internal and external partners to improve field maintenance practices' quality, impact, and repeatability.
• Develop and support site longitudinal testing activities.
• Conduct electrical forensics within the charging station infrastructure.
• Scope of work continuous improvement.

Skills

• Experienced professional service technicians, engineers, and/or electricians with current/prior field operations-related experience in servicing/troubleshooting DC medium to high-voltage (EV Charging and/or Solar) environments are highly preferred.
• Operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium to high level (480V AC, 500V+ DC) is required.
• Must have demonstrated leadership in current/prior roles as this will help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, etc.
• Electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
