Job Summary

A high-growth electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure company, backed by over £35 million in private equity funding, is scaling rapidly across the UK. With multiple sites already in motion and a significant pipeline ahead, the company is expanding its commercial/partnerships team. It now seeks two experienced Sales Leads/Managers to play a key role in site acquisition and strategic growth.

These are high-impact roles within a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on accelerating the green energy transition.

The Role

The Sales Leads/Managers will be responsible for identifying and securing new charging site opportunities, building partnerships with landlords and property owners, and managing the commercial sales pipeline. The successful candidates will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure strategic site locations for EV charging infrastructure across key UK regions.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with landlords, landowners, developers, and agents.
  • Execute a site acquisition and sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, including heads of terms and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Deployment, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transition from deal close to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and report regularly on KPIs and commercial performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to inform acquisition strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development, or site acquisition—ideally within EV infrastructure, renewables, telecoms, property, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience closing complex deals.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK; a valid UK driving licence is required.
