Electric Vehicle Specialist - Stafford

We are seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Specialist to join our team in Stafford. As an EV Specialist, you will assist customers in finding their next electric vehicle by understanding their needs. You should stay informed about the latest offerings from vehicle manufacturers and build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Our Innovation Centres in Glasgow and Stafford are dedicated to educating the public about electric vehicle advancements. We aim to help customers stay ahead of the curve and provide first-class service.

Day-to-day duties

• Lead our 'Innovation Appointments' by showing visitors around the cars and organizing test drives
• Stay updated on the latest vehicles from manufacturers
• Assist with selling appointments
• Manage our Click & Collect service
• Help customers find suitable electric vehicles based on their needs
• Build and maintain sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and fulfill promises

We value excellent communication, organization, and people skills, along with enthusiasm and energy. A full driving license held for at least one year is required.
