We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of advanced powertrain systems for electric vehicles. As a Senior Vehicle Architecture Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and testing these systems.

• Design, integrate, and test advanced powertrain systems for electric vehicles.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion.
• Develop vehicle architecture and infrastructure requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for critical components.
• Develop and implement test and validation protocols.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.
• Promote innovation in alternative drive solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with business development teams to drive strategic capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering.
• Proven track record of success in leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Our team operates on a standard 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday schedule, with opportunities for overtime and flexible hours.
