Job Description

The Role of EV Charging Support Associate is designed to provide dedicated site hosting support at our busiest location in Beaconsfield. This role will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing friendly and professional assistance to customers arriving at the EV charging site.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering advice on best charging practices to preserve battery health.
• Manage queues effectively during busy periods to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Use a provided help sheet (PDF) to support customer queries and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner and able to work independently in busy site environments.
