Senior Electrical Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our EV electrical development team.
- Lead and direct team members in electrical design for heavy-duty electric vehicles (low voltage- and high voltage systems integration)
- Electrical design (schematics, harness 2D/3D CAD) for the integration of electrical systems
- Take responsibility for technical designs to adhere to industry-, and customer practices and standards
- Conduct design reviews with OEM customers and suppliers
- Delegate work to assigned engineering team members
- Manage project / task timelines to ensure milestones are reached
- Support product- and production development processes
- Support team administrative tasks such as performance reviews, mentorship, training etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical- or Mechatronic Engineering
- 7 to 10+ years of post-graduate engineering design experience, preferably wiring design and controller integration in the automotive environment
- Will to travel overseas for variable periods depending on project requirements
Working Hours
08:00 –17:00, Monday to Friday (subject to change) with core hours and flexible time, and may require overtime as per project.
Leave is based on statutory requirements.
