Lead High Voltage Control Systems Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in designing and developing high voltage control systems for electric vehicles. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EV high voltage, power conversion, and battery management systems architectures, as well as experience in system development compliant to ISO26262.

Additional skills desired include proficiency in modeling and simulation tools, excellent problem-solving and hands-on testing abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
