Site Infrastructure Specialist For Electric Charging

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for scouting new sites to acquire for electric charging infrastructure and inspecting existing sites proposed by CRE as required for the CI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
• Site sourcing for electric charging business, including direct or indirect support from CRE
• Quality inspection of sites before and after onboarding for CI
• Documentation of site onboarding and handover processes

Complexities

• Coordination with CRE and external property owners to acquire properties for electric charging infrastructure
• Thorough checks of parameters before shortlisting sites for further process to maintain quality of charging infrastructure
• Initial negotiation – strong communication skills are essential to build connections in the market and establish our electric charging network within our terms

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have

Education

A graduation or master’s degree is desirable

Experience

At least 3-4 years of experience in real estate

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of site sourcing for electric charging business, negotiations, computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Google Maps

Behavioural Skills

Excellent communication skills, strong work ethics, high organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive nature
