Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in leadership roles within the EV battery industry or a related field, with a strong track record of managing P&L and driving business growth.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the EV battery market, technologies, and regulatory environment.
