Vehicle Electrical Engineer

We are hiring a highly skilled Vehicle Electrical Engineer to work on our team.

• Design and develop vehicle electrical systems, including power and signal distribution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering specifications for vehicle harnesses, including schematics, CAD models, and drawings, using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate the Device transmittal (DT) process, facilitating effective communication between teams.
• Offer expert guidance on power, signal, and data bus distribution, as well as ground specification for autonomous vehicles, utilizing knowledge of GMSL, Automotive Ethernet, CAN, CAN-FD, and low-voltage high-power applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to finalize the system specification, identifying and addressing gaps in the design.
• Partner with vendors/suppliers to produce prototype and production vehicles, guaranteeing timely delivery and quality.
• Improve and optimize current tools and processes used by the team, boosting productivity and efficiency.
• Support junior engineers in their professional development, sharing expertise in power and signal distribution and best practices.
