Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales & Commercial team as a Commercial Bid Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, including sourcing new business leads, engaging with clients, qualifying opportunities, and tracking bid pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a commercial, sales, or bid management role, ideally within EV, renewables, infrastructure, or technology. They will possess strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate technical and financial propositions clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or bid management role, ideally within EV, renewables, infrastructure, or technology.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate technical and financial propositions clearly.
• Comfortable working independently to generate leads and manage pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for clean energy, sustainability, and driving the EV transition.
