Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Charger Expert, located in Noida. The EV Charger Expert will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric vehicle charging stations. The role includes performing site assessments, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical support to customers. Additionally, the expert will regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize charging infrastructure and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations
• Experience conducting site assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Strong technical support skills and ability to assist customers with issues
• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and contributing to infrastructure optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications
