Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures in an understandable manner.
Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections and tests after repairs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
