Purpose of the Role

This position exists for new technology development in the area of Electromobility and further enhancement to Fuel cell vehicle development, In-house subsystem development. He/she will work and support the team for the development of EV/FCV (Electric Vehicle and Fuel Cell Vehicle)system, subsystem components to build the vehicle prototypes, validate and issue resolution in Electromobility and Fuel cell Vehicle development projects within the limits of BSVI Norms.

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical /Automobile / Electrical

Experience

Relevant Experience of Diploma 6 - 9 Years & B.E 4 to 8 years

Electric Vehicles Project

In order to EV (Electric Vehicle) components interface mounting brackets design. HV (High Voltage) cables & LV (Low Voltage) harness Vehicle CAD (Computer-aided Designing) routing. Components/ Harness Design, Drawing & installation generation as per the design release process. EV (Electric Voltage) thermal system components interface Design, Drawing & installation generation as per the design release process. EV (Electric Vehicle) system, Subsystem and components/ harness Design Release for development. Component fitment on Proto vehicle and further validation trials. EV (Electric Vehicle) Components installation on a proto vehicle with zero deviation.

Fuel cell Vehicle Project

In order to FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) components interface mounting brackets design. HV (High Voltage) cables & LV (Low Voltage) harness Vehicle CAD routing. Components/ Harness Design, Drawing & installation generation as per the design release process. FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) thermal system components interface Design, Drawing & installation generation as per the design release process. FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) system, Subsystem and components/ harness Design Release for development. Component fitment on Proto vehicle and further validation trials.
