Title: Marketing Manager - EV Charging

Location: London (Hybrid working model)

Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 base DOE + Benefits

The Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing UK-based company in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure space. Backed by a major London-listed investment fund and with £300M already secured, they are rolling out ultra-fast EV charging hubs nationwide to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to be the first in-house marketing team member, responsible for leading strategy and execution from the ground up in this rapidly expanding industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation at the forefront of clean transportation, shaping the marketing function and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning – Define and deliver marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels, including fleet, property, and municipal partners.

Brand & Communications – Strengthen brand positioning, lead PR and media engagement, and produce high-impact content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers).

Digital Marketing – Manage SEO/SEM, social, email, and paid campaigns; oversee website and digital presence; analyse performance and ROI.

Sales & Product Support – Develop sales enablement tools, launch new products, and represent the business at key industry events.

Customer & Partner Engagement – Build marketing programmes with OEMs, partners, and customers, highlighting success stories.

Analytics & Reporting – Monitor KPIs, campaign impact, and provide insights for leadership decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in EV, clean tech, renewable energy, or mobility.
  • Strong digital marketing and lead generation background.
  • Track record in brand management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven approach, experienced with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the EV transition.
