About the Role

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our client’s state-of-the-art electric vehicle production facility in Casa Grande. This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly, production, and quality of next-generation electric vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Perform assembly, installation, and testing of automotive components
• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard work instructions
• Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of production activity and results
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and process issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily production targets
• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as required
