Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated EV Sales Executive to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electric vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth in the electric two-wheeler market.
Qualifications and Skills
demonstrated product knowledge of electric vehicles to effectively communicate features and benefits (Mandatory skill)
strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales interactions and close deals with potential clients (Mandatory skill)
excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and providing information effectively (Mandatory skill)
proven sales closing abilities to meet and exceed sales targets in the electric vehicle sector
electric vehicle expertise to offer informed recommendations and answers to customer inquiries
customer service orientation to ensure high levels of buyer satisfaction and loyalty
ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
familiarity with the automotive industry and current market trends to identify sales opportunities
Roles and Responsibilities
develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets for electric vehicles
engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable EV models
conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of EVs to prospective buyers
negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed predefined sales goals
maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to inform sales tactics
deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support
participate in promotional activities and industry events to increase brand visibility and attract customers
work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve overall sales processes
