About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced EV Design Engineer or EV Systems Educator to lead the delivery of a cutting-edge online course in Electric Vehicle Product Design Engineering. This course is aligned with the NSQF Level 4.5 framework and designed for early-career engineers and undergraduates passionate about EV innovation.

You’ll bring your hands-on industry knowledge into a structured, immersive learning experience that blends real-world case studies, simulations, and best practices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality recorded and/or live lectures based on our detailed curriculum and lecture scripts
• Guide learners through design principles, system-level modeling, traceability, safety compliance, and tooling
• Demonstrate practical use of tools like Simulink, Fusion 360, and CAN-based diagnostic systems
• Integrate industry use-cases, failure studies, and current trends into lecture delivery
• Lead or support interactive simulations, logic puzzles, and project-based evaluations
• Provide mentorship to learners, answer queries, and support assessments (online)
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve pedagogy, clarity, and learner outcomes

🧠 Required Expertise

• 1-3 years of experience in EV systems, vehicle electronics, battery management, or related domains
• Strong hands-on understanding of design validation, simulation, and version control in EV product workflows
• Proficiency with Simulink, Fusion 360, or similar CAD/simulation platforms
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or content delivery experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Clear communication skills and a passion for upskilling young engineers
