π οΈ The Role
Weβre looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Operative to join our growing team! Youβll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing best-in-class assistance across all our brands. Your day-to-day will include diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues, answering queries, and ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- π Research and identify solutions to product software and hardware issues
- π₯οΈ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (including account setup & network configuration)
- β Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- π Guide clients through solutions via phone, email, or chat
- π© Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., software developers)
- β±οΈ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- π Refer to internal databases or external resources for accurate technical solutions
- π Ensure all issues are properly logged and prioritised
- π Manage multiple open issues simultaneously
π€ About You
Weβre looking for someone who is
- π§ Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
- π¬ An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- π€ Able to build rapport and trust, even in challenging situations
- π Enthusiastic, positive, and customer-oriented
- π±οΈ Technically adept, with a high aptitude for learning new technology
- π οΈ Experienced in technical support and troubleshooting (ideally with EV chargers)
- ποΈ Organised, with strong admin skills and attention to detail
- π Committed to outstanding integrity and ethics
π Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Analytical skills and a background in customer support
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (desirable)
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Experience with electric vehicles or EV chargers is highly desirable
