Job Description

• Leverage digital power capabilities to develop unique advantages for EV charging products and solutions in the Asia-Pacific market. Adapt to regional and industry needs to identify shared requirements, improving product competitiveness in the EV Charging market.
• Lead market analysis and strategy planning for the Asia-Pacific EVCI market
• Understand current and future market demands, build trust with customers, and drive the execution of product plans.
• Collaborate with regional partners to set and achieve goals while offering expert advice on projects, business, and systems.
• Organize industry events, alliances, and marketing activities to build long-term brand influence, drive industry alignment, and support both global and regional initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering or related
• 4 years+ of experience in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry, including roles in system design, hardware and software development, or product planning for charging stations.
• Proven experience in designing DC charging systems, having led the system architecture design
• Strong leadership, with excellent communication and coordination skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in the EV charging sector, such as solar-storage integration, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, and MCS standards.
