What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair EV systems including high-voltage batteries, drivetrains, and charging systems
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety checks
• Use advanced diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with master technicians and service managers on complex repairs
• Keep detailed service records and parts documentation
• Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of mechanical/automotive experience required
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (EV or hybrid experience a big plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Sharp troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

What We Offer

• $24.00 – $56.00 per hour (based on experience + performance bonuses)
• 40–60 hours per week with steady work volume
