Electric Vehicle Trainers

As an Electric Vehicle Engineer Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the rapidly evolving field of electric vehicles. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs, focusing on EV architecture and components, onboard chargers, offboard chargers, and the design of onboard chargers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on electric vehicle architecture and components, with a focus on onboard chargers and offboard chargers.
• Design and conduct hands-on training sessions to educate team members on the intricacies of EV technology.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in electric vehicle technology, industry trends, and emerging innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to support effective learning outcomes.
• Provide technical support to team members and address any queries related to EV architecture and charging systems.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electric vehicle engineering, with a focus on EV architecture, components, onboard chargers, and offboard chargers.
• Strong understanding of charging infrastructure and the design of onboard chargers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Previous experience in designing and delivering technical training programs is highly desirable.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the electric vehicle industry, including the latest advancements and trends.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry requirements.
