The role
As a Relationship Manager for our EV Salary Sacrifice service, you’ll play a key role in the ongoing success of our EV Salary Sacrifice proposition. You’ll be the first point of human contact for employees within contracted schemes – helping them understand the ins and outs of EV Salary Sacrifice and guiding them through the vehicle leasing process with clarity, confidence, and care.
Our approach is far removed from faceless ‘fin-tech’ setups and impersonal, low-skilled call centres. This is about building a relationship with your clients and guiding them through one of the most important, and expensive, decisions they will make in their life.
Key responsibilities
1. Client-Facing EV Sales Support
- Manage 10–15 inbound employee enquiries each week, providing expert guidance on EVs and Salary Sacrifice Schemes.
- Navigate clients through the sales process – from initial interest to order – with professionalism and personality.
- Combine a target-driven mindset with a consultative, educational approach.
- Balance pace with precision – managing multiple client relationships while maintaining high standards.
2. Proactive Relationship Management
- Take ownership of the ongoing client journey.
- Collaborate with our Client Experience and Client Services teams to ensure a seamless journey.
- Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals and renewals.
- Be proactive in communication.
3. Continuous Learning + Ownership
- Embrace growth and continuous learning.
- Contribute to team development and process improvements.
- Share knowledge and help mentor colleagues.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with emotional intelligence and a commercial mindset.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years experience in client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Interest in sustainability and EVs.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Proactivity.
Nice-to-Haves
- B2B or automotive experience.
- Knowledge of EV Salary Sacrifice or similar employee benefits.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
