Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and well-connected PR Manager to lead the brand’s public relations strategy in the UK. This role is critical in shaping the brand’s voice, building media relationships, and driving awareness as we scale rapidly in the electric vehicle space.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the automotive or EV landscape, strong media contacts, and a passion for storytelling. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful coverage across all channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK PR strategy aligned with brand and product launches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive, tech, and lifestyle media
• Manage press events, media drives, and product unveilings
• Act as the UK media spokesperson and coordinate interview opportunities
• Draft press releases, media kits, Q&As, and executive briefing documents
• Monitor media coverage and manage reporting and sentiment analysis
• Collaborate with global PR and marketing teams to ensure message alignment
• Support crisis communications and reputation management when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in PR within the automotive, EV, or mobility sectors
• Strong network of media contacts across automotive, business, and consumer press
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and the future of mobility
