About the Job
MSXI plans to hire “EV Town Executives” to execute the project on the field with an attractive compensation & career path. MSXI is looking for individuals for this new & exciting role.
Candidate will be responsible for managing EV Business Transformation activities of authorized dealers falling in assigned territory. The role holder will enable the achievement of all EV business & customer experience objectives for a certain set of authorized dealers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) & outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE):
Employee master sheet updation on monthly basis by ensuring the
availability of required EV DSE’s & TDE’s.
Reviewing knowledge & skill level of EV DSE’s (Dealer Sales Executives) & TDE’s (Test Drive Executives) using skill matrix report and excel sheet provided by HO.
Identifying the DSEs & TDE’s having lower knowledge & skill index with prioritizing them for knowledge & skill level training.
Ensure all DSEs & TDE’s attend training program.
Obtain feedback from the DSEs & TDE’s on training content and delivery and acting on improvement areas.
Test evaluations post training to be scheduled at the dealership
Ensure the mapping of retails and enquiries against the respective DSE
Regular review of customer follow-up percentage with DSE’s & TDE’s
Work very closely with DSE’s to improve their conversion ratio
Availability of Customer Care Executive & competency building :
Ensure availability of required Customer Care Executive at every authorized dealership to run EV business smoothly.
Training CCE’s at a regular interval on required knowledge & skills.
Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence:
Sensitizing EV DSE’s/Dealership Owner’s/ Senior Management of the dealership regarding importance of CLF (Closed Loop Feedback) meeting & adherence to PSF.
Find out the source for conducting CLF meeting in all the dealerships and carry out change cycle i.e., Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)
Reviewing daily dashboard & data dump: To check the adherence with CLF & PSF.
Process & Standard Adherence
Train DSE’s, TDE’s & Customer Care Executive to follow company laid processes to give best customer experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Top drawer communication skills, especially regional language & spoken English
Experience in sales function of any Electric Vehicle brand is desired
Knowhow of state subsidies on Electric Vehicles is desired
Proficiency: MS Office Applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel 20/25 days in a month in allotted geography etc.
