Director of Business Development - E-Mobility

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Business Development - E-Mobility to accelerate growth across our EV verticals, including multi-family, retail, fleet, and municipal markets. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping the future of electric mobility.
This role requires the ability to travel up to 50% across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Support Operating Companies by equipping E-Mobility sales teams with tools, resources, and training.
- Identify regional market opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with EV Charging vendors to optimize lead-sharing programs.
- Develop training and sales collateral to empower Account Managers.
Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire qualified national or multi-state E-Mobility customers.
- Coordinate unified proposals across Operating Companies.
- Negotiate profitable customer agreements and manage ongoing success.
Market Insights & Regulatory Affairs
- Stay informed on regulatory affairs, incentives, and EV product developments.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development and sales enablement experience.
- Experience in electrical or solar distribution preferred.
- Deep understanding of residential and commercial E-Mobility product lines.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in E-Mobility or related vertical).
The pay range of $145,100 - $192,500 is applicable to US applicants only.
