• Coordinate servicing or maintenance of EVs.
• Train or support service staff at local centers.
• Handle breakdowns or emergency service situations.
• Charging Infrastructure Deployment
• Site surveys for installing EV chargers.
• Liaise with contractors, electricians, or local authorities.
• Oversee charger installations, testing, and maintenance.
• Market Research & Reporting
• Gather field intelligence on competitors, market demand, or customer feedback.
• Report to regional or zonal managers with insights.
• Customer Relationship Management
