About the Role

Udayan Care is seeking an EV Repair Trainer to deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in Electric Vehicle (EV) maintenance and repair. The role is aimed at empowering underserved youth with employable technical skills in the growing EV sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training on EV systems, battery management, motor controllers, and diagnostics.
• Maintain and update training materials and workshop tools as per industry standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all practical sessions.
• Conduct student assessments and provide feedback.
• Support student mobilization, certification, and placement efforts.
• Coordinate with industry partners for exposure visits and job placements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream with a minimum 1-year diploma in EV Repair or Battery Management Systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in EV maintenance or related field.
• Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel for outreach and program activities.
