Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Engineer

About the position
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair EV charging stations and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead system improvements and optimize the efficiency of charging stations.
- Install electrical wiring, circuits, conduit, transformers, switchgear panels, and more.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.
- Train staff on EV operations and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with state policies on zero-emission vehicles (ZEV).
Requirements
- Strong background in electrical systems, including experience with high-voltage (up to 550 volts) installations.
- Hands-on experience with installing conduit, wiring, and electrical circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50lbs and working in various weather conditions.
